Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 before tax.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for Alaska and Hawaii.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
Please note that all orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Do you ship internationally or to U.S. military addresses?
At this time, we only ship within the 50 U.S. states. We are not able to ship to international or military addresses.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes using standard shipping options via UPS.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Can I change the shipping speed or address after ordering?
Because we start processing orders immediately, we’re not able to change shipping speeds or addresses once an order has been placed.
My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Sometimes tracking updates appear before the package arrives. We recommend checking with your carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. If you still have concerns, email us at hello@shopmicasa.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
I only received part of my order — where’s the rest?
Don’t worry! Some items may ship separately so we can deliver everything as quickly as possible. You’ll never be charged extra shipping fees for separate shipments.
How can I check my order status?
Be sure to include your email at checkout — we’ll send you updates with your order confirmation, shipping details, and tracking link.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and processing begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. This includes changes to quantities, items, or shipping addresses.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and stickers.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Can I order an item that’s out of stock?
We’re unable to accept pre-orders for out-of-stock items. Sign up for our email list to be notified when popular items are restocked!

We collaborate with independent vendors and best-in-class manufacturers to bring our design ideas to life, creating beautiful, unique home decor and lifestyle goods.
How can I learn about new product launches?

Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time, but we may add them in the future — stay tuned for updates!
Can I include a gift message or special wrapping?
We currently do not offer gift messages or gift wrapping. Thank you for understanding.
Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout, and we’ll send the order directly to them.
Rest assured — no pricing or payment details are included in the package.
Will prices or discounts be displayed in the box?
No. Your package will include only the packing slip with basic order details (recipient name, shipping address, and items).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Applicable California state and local taxes are automatically calculated and added at checkout.
What if there’s a pricing or listing error?
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for that product. If your payment has already been processed, you’ll receive a full refund.
